OFFICE NEEDS

Please email the office or call (607)272-5457 before donating these items:

• Plain white copy paper (old letterhead or other paper with print on one side is fine)
• Pencils and pens
• Envelopes: small and large white business


When can I bring donations?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 2 PM, and on Tuesday and Thursday 3 to 7 PM, ONLY when staff is on site to properly receive and store your donation.

Where can I bring donations?
Go through the parking lot behind St John’s Episcopal Church (corner of Cayuga and Buffalo Sts) and up the stairs to the kitchen. A Kitchen Manager will be there to receive your donation. If you are driving you may park in one of the loading (striped) zones, then go up the stairs to the kitchen to find the Kitchen Manager.

Can someone pick up my donation?

Can I get a receipt for tax purposes?
If requested, the Loaves & Fishes office will send you a receipt, with items listed. We can not state an amount for the value of the donation. Your store receipt will verify the value.
