Everyone is welcome at Loaves & Fishes! There are no eligibility requirements.
When you walk through our door you will find lots of friendly people and a delicious, healthy, home-cooked meal and salad bar. You are welcome to get additional servings too. We always offer a vegetarian option.
Free meals are served every weekday, including on all holidays except Thanksgiving.
Doors open one-half hour before hot meal service for salad and beverages. It is also nice to come at this time to get out of the hot or cold weather.
MEAL TIMES
LUNCH
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, lunch is served from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
DINNER
Tuesdays and Thursdays, dinner is served from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
HOLIDAYS
Meals are served on all holidays that fall on a weekday. The only exception is Thanksgiving Day, when we are closed. The Salvation Army, located at 150 N. Albany Street in Ithaca, usually provides the community with a free meal on Thanksgiving Day.
